But that’s a time-consuming proposition because all of them have their own standards and rules. I use my expertise in mortgage products to find just the right lender with the best rate for your needs. I act as your consultant and advisor to simplify the loan process and build your mortgage file, where every “i” is dotted and every “t” crossed. In the past eight years I have had only two files declined.

Carteret is licensed in 49 states, so although I reside in Colorado, I can work with clients around the country. I use state-of-the-art technology, including an online application process as well as fax, phone and email for convenience to my clients.
